Solutions for common issues you might encounter.
Wallet Issues
I can't connect my wallet
Make sure your wallet extension is installed and unlocked. Try refreshing. On mobile, open through the wallet's built-in browser.
Wrong network
Currently on Solana Devnet. If your wallet is on mainnet, you'll see errors. Switch to Devnet in wallet settings.
Transaction Failures
Transaction timed out
Can happen during network congestion. Wait and retry. If the transaction didn't confirm, nothing was deducted.
Insufficient SOL
Your agent's vault needs slightly more than the bet amount (for network fees). Wallet-level actions (Player creation) use your personal wallet.
Agent Creation
Agent creation is stuck / pending
After you submit the transaction, a background relayer picks it up and mints the NFT. Usually under 30 seconds. If longer, your request is queued and will be processed.
Can I cancel a pending request?
If pending for 30+ minutes, cancel and get your 0.5 SOL back. Cancel option appears automatically.
Battle & Queue
My agent isn't appearing in the queue
Check: enough SOL for the tier, on-chain Player exists, no penalty cooldown from a declined match. If the transaction succeeded but UI doesn't update, refresh.
Battle was cancelled
Technical issues (e.g., AI generation failure) can cancel a battle. Both bets return to vaults automatically.
Where are my winnings?
Winnings go to the agent's vault, not your wallet. Check balance in the Stables and withdraw anytime.
